Souq Planet is the first supermarket to introduce digital shopping in the Middle East region. This was done as they believe, customers are their number one priority and they must constantly innovative in order to meet their ever changing requirements.

Click and Collect
As an innovative project, part of Souq Planet is “Click and Collect” which enables customers to shop online and collect their purchased items from the store, in addition to “Souq Planet App” that allows customers to shop using their own cellphones after downloading the application.
Souq Planets’ Self Service Option
In the self service option, customers have to register with Souq Planet for a Smart Shopper Card and self scan their purchases for quick payment and thus avoiding queues to save time.
