Ras Al Khaimah Police enters Guinness World Records for the ‘Largest Police Badge’
On behalf of Ras Al Khaimah Police (RAK Police), Major-General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, General Commander of RAK Police, received the Guinness World Records honor for the world’s ‘Largest Police Badge’ from a Guinness adjudicator Shaifali Mishra.
The world’s ‘Largest Official Badge’ was made over a period of 26 days, and measures 115×154 centimeters. It is 29 millimeters thick and weighs 104 kg.
Major-General Al Nuaimi received the Guinness World Record at a ceremony held at the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development Theater in the presence of Guinness World Records adjudicators.
He said: “This adds to the series of achievements of RAK Police, supported by the vision of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, to enhance our security and safety standards, and to build an inspiring environment that promotes leadership and innovation.
