In a significant development in Ras Al Khaimah’s hospitality landscape, the iconic Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort is set to transform. Effective July 1st, 2024, the renowned property will transition into a Rixos establishment, marking a new chapter in its illustrious history. This transformation comes as the culmination of the current management contract with Hilton, scheduled to conclude on June 30.

The transition of Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort to Rixos is not merely a change of flags; it represents a strategic partnership between RAK Hospitality Holding LLC and Rixos Hotels, two entities committed to delivering unparalleled hospitality experiences. This deal was formalised by CEO Allison Grinnell of RAK Hospitality Holding and Cenk Ünverdi, Managing Director at Rixos Hotels.

Rixos Hotels, known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the luxury hospitality sector, expressed enthusiasm about expanding its portfolio in Ras Al Khaimah. Ünverdi emphasized its delight in partnering with RAK Hospitality Holding to extend Rixos Hotels’ footprint in Ras Al Khaimah. Rixos outlined its vision for the resort, enhancing various aspects of guest experiences, including food and beverage offerings, activities for kids and teens, live entertainment, sports and recreational activities, spa and wellness facilities, and meetings and events services.
The hotel’s transition to Rixos marks a significant addition to its presence in Ras Al Khaimah, complementing its Bab Al Bahr hotel on Al Marjan Island in the Northern Emirate.
In a statement, Hilton expressed pride in the hotel’s hospitality legacy and extended gratitude to those who contributed to its success. Hilton continues to welcome guests at its other hotels across Ras Al Khaimah.
