How it works

  • The customer scans the QR Code with his mobile phone.
  • Customer enters his personal data in simple steps
  • The system automatically locates the customer and sends the request according to the smart distribution of taxis to the nearest available vehicle .
  • The request notification reaches the smart meter installed in the taxi, after which the request is executed by the driver.

Notably, the pre-order service was initially introduced in hospitals and health centers across the emirate, with the aim of enhancing the overall customer experience. Esmaeel further mentioned that efforts are currently being made to extend the availability of the service to various locations, catering to customer demands and augmenting the overall quality of life in the emirate.

The move is in line with RAKTA’s vision of “Pioneering in regulating the transportation sector and ensuring the provision of safe, reliable and smart transportation services”.
