Most Magrabi Optical locations are equipped with state of the art labs capable of producing 80% of all prescription lenses within 1 day (lenses existing in stock). Some specialized orders or prescriptions lenses material may require additional time.
15 Day Exchange Guarantee
If for any reason you are not happy with your prescription glasses or sunglasses, then you may exchange them within fifteen days of the purchase date at the Magrabi Optical location where they were purchased (the item should remain in a sellable condition and presented in its original packaging with proof of purchase).
One Year Regional Warranty
Magrabi Optical guarantees all prescription frames and sunglasses against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Home Delivery
Magrabi Optical will gladly deliver eyewear to your home or office (a nominal service fee applies for deliveries outside the stores area).
Free After Sale service
