New F&B Director At Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort And Spa

Hilton has announced the appointment of Arthur Timlin as the Food and Beverage Director at Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa.

With more than 16 years of food and beverage experience in luxury hotel brands, renowed restaurants and catering operations across the UAE and Ireland, Arthur brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the property. Arthur moves to the Resort from Conrad on Sheikh Zayed Road, where he was responsible for the entire F&B operation and in particular, the launch and opening of the Korean casual dining outlet, Kimpo.

Prior to Arthur’s most recent role, he worked at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai for five years. Here he began as the General Manager of British gastropub, and one of Dubai’s institutions; Dhow and Anchor, where he managed both service and culinary operations, increasing the topline revenue in the first calendar year. Following this, he was promoted to oversee the entire F&B department at that hotel. His experience also spans popular brand McGettigan’s Irish Pubs, in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, as well as luxury boutique hotels in Dublin.

In his new role, Arthur will be responsible for the overall very large Resort F&B operations, including its signature restaurants; Al Maeda, Piaceri Da Gustare, SOL, Pura Vida and newly renovated The Kitchen all-day dining. One of the main objectives in his new role will be to further progress the strategic goal of establishing the resort as a renowned culinary and lifestyle destination.

Commenting on his new position, Arthur said; “I’m really excited to be joining such a high profile property and can’t wait to continue and develop the great work that the F&B team have been doing here. My focus is our newly renovated outlet, The Kitchen, and on cementing the resort as a food and beverage destination on the UAE map”
