The evening opens with Dibba Bay oysters and refined cold starters, including the indulgent WAKA Beef Roll with truffle mayo 🦪🥩 For the main course, couples can choose between a powerful Grater Omaha Ribeye MB2+, seasoned with furikake rub and sweet chilli glaze, or a perfectly balanced Roasted Seabass with miso and lime 🐟🔥
