What: For those guests wishing to indulge in the taste of the festive season can enjoy a 3-course set menu at Boons Brasserie and Bar. Available from 24th December until 7th January this festive menu includes, seared foie gras with panettone bread and beef tenderloin, turkey roulade with caramelised onion, grilled asparagus and a classic Christmas pudding accompanied by hot vanilla sauce and ice cream.
