110 Km long fully integrated Smart Irrigation system planned in Ras Al Khaimah
Ras Al Khaimah is set to get a brand new irrigation system which is going to extend to more than 110km covering most areas of the emirate.
“The planned irrigation system is among the most advanced,” explained Ahmad Al Hammadi, director general, department of public works, RAK.
“This is going to be the biggest and longest irrigation system within the contemporary story of the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.”
The mega task is consistent with the continuing sustainable development programs, Al Hammadi talked about.
“The old irrigation network is going to be replaced with a high and new entirely quality leather, catering to the requirements of the emirate.”
The brand new community, to be finished in 4 years, contains a completely integrated irrigation structure, he described.
“It could be regulated remotely from the premises of the division without the requirement to be maintained from a certain place.”
The brand new community can additionally be managed via the cell phone, based on Saeed Ali Al Kas, deputy executive director, horticulture establishment at the division.
