RAKTDA has initiated this contest for the community to showcase local traditions and win prizes by sharing favourite home recipes and get a chance to be one of the 49 chosen in Ras Al Khaimah’s digital cookbook this 49th National Day!
How to participate?
Tell us what makes your dish special to you. For example, what are the memories associated with the dish? How did you learn the recipe? Has it been passed down to you for generations or did you recently learn it?
