World’s Largest independent retail chain is coming to Ras Al Khaimah

Ras Al Khaimah is soon in for a treat with whooping 8,000 sqm hypermarket by world’s largest independently owned supermarkets retail chain. Expected to open in 1st week of May 2018 before the holy month of Ramadan. This could soon be the most preferred supermarket shopping destination in RAK

Spar, world’s largest independently owned supermarkets retail chain, is soon to unveil their first hypermarket in Ras Al Khaimah at Naeem Mall, RAK’s most influential shopping destination housing leading leisure and lifestyle brands.

Spar will be whooping 8,000sqm hypermarket and will also be the designated venue for the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Foundation’s food distribution programme for the nationals in the RAK.

Spar in the UAE is operated by Abu Dhabi Coop, UAE’s premier supermarket retail chain, through a licensing agreement with Spar International headquartered in Amsterdam. Abu Dhabi Coop operates 46 stores in the UAE, off which 24 stores operate under the Spar brand.

“Naeem Mall is excited to further enhance its offering for the shoppers of RAK and we are sure that Spar will bring forth a distinct offering to our customers” said Ahmed Al Naeem, owner and MD of Naeem Mall.

Naeem added that, “Spar is scheduled to be trading before the holy month of Ramadan and this will make Ramadan very special for shoppers at Naeem Mall”.
