Celebrate the most romantic day of the year and set sail from the jetty of the hotel for a one-of-a-kind night under the stars with a gourmet four-course dinner.
Imagine Valentine’s Day aboard a luxury catamaran with an unforgettable dining experience with a loved one for only AED 1,250. Hilton Garden Inn’s luxury catamaran has a select number of slots available for the special experience across three days starting from February 12th to February 14th. Couples can choose the sunset cruise from 5:30pm onwards or dinner cruise for a romantic evening under the stars from 7:30pm onwards. Included in the catamaran cruise is a choice between two four-course set menus, a premium bottle of bubbles and unparalleled views of the Ras Al Khaimah mangroves and the Hajar Mountains.
The menus aboard the catamaran are designed to ensure a culinary journey to celebrate the day of love. The first set menu gives the couple two delectable courses to start the meal, including a fresh Tuna Carpaccio and a warming Cream of Parsnip Cappuccino. For the main event, diners can indulge in a perfectly prepared Beef Tenderloin cooked to their liking. For a sweet ending, diners can savour the ‘Celebration of love’ with a dark chocolate bavarois, white chocolate sauce and fresh strawberries. The alternate romantic menu includes the Italian favourite Burrata and a mouth-watering Lobster Thermidor with Gruyere Cheese for the main course.
