With one-third of the land earmarked for spirits blending and the rest for the brewery and bottling plant, Falcon Brews aims to set new standards in production capacity and product excellence.
Phase 1: Setting the Foundation
The first phase of the project encompasses the establishment of a state-of-the-art blending and bottling plant alongside a large-scale commercial brewery. With a monthly production capacity of 100,000 cases for blending and 300,000 cases for brewing, Falcon Brews lays the groundwork for a monumental endeavor. The estimated project value, upon completion of Phase 2, is an impressive $65 million, underscoring the scale and significance of the venture.
Engineering Excellence
Behind every successful project lies meticulous planning and execution. Falcon Brews entrusts Nirman Consultants with the architectural aspects while Middle East Engineering Consultants spearheads the civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) endeavors. Construction commences simultaneously on both plants, with an estimated timeline of 18 to 20 months for completion, targeting the early months of 2026 for operational readiness.
Financial Frontiers
Funding for the project follows a robust debt equity model, with 30 percent equity from promoters and 70 percent debt from esteemed financial institutions. Discussions are underway with leading banks within the UAE and abroad to secure the requisite funding. Additionally, Falcon Brews explores partnerships with international brewers, aligning interests and expertise to propel the project forward.

At the heart of Falcon Brews’ mission lies the commitment to address the underserved demand for beer in the region and Africa. With a strategic location within the UAE, Falcon Brews aims to achieve a commendable market share of 35 percent within the next five years. By leveraging local production advantages and strategic port access, Falcon Brews seeks to overcome logistical challenges and establish itself as a key player in the alcobev market.
