Heads up! Big Change coming for Vehicle/ Driving Licence renewal in Ras Al Khaimah
Renewal of Vehicle/Driving Licence or replacement of damaged or lost Licence can be a big fat time waster in UAE. Documents submittal, waiting in queues and long processing time consume a lot of time and energy.
To overcome this, Ras Al Khaimah government have initiated an online application system via the website and mobile app of the Ministry of Interiors.
Yes, that’s right, from June 24th, 2018, Ras Al Khaimah government will stop services of its licence renewal centres and motorists have to essentially apply for it online. The aim of this initiative is to facilitate services to its customers through smart applications without visiting the licencing department.

After completing the online application motorists will receive an electronic registration on their mobile device. After which licences will be delivered by courier within 48 hours.
