Taking place in a lively, child-friendly environment, Fit & Fun Fest invites parents to team up with their kids for an action-filled experience that encourages bonding, confidence, and joyful movement 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦✨. Children aged 3 to 9 years can look forward to a variety of playful fitness activities created to keep them engaged, smiling, and moving from start to finish.

The programme includes a lively Parent–Child Zumba Session 🕺💃, where families can dance together to upbeat music, followed by a Super Strength Mini Circuit 💪 that helps kids explore basic strength and coordination in a safe and fun way. The excitement continues in the Fit & Fun Game Zone 🎲, filled with interactive challenges, and a magical Bubble Time 🫧 that adds extra giggles and wonder. To top it all off, little dancers can groove and pose during a special Dance with MiMi & JuJu session 💃🏻🎶.
