FAQ: UAE Emergency Numbers
The main emergency numbers in the UAE are 999 for Police, 998 for Ambulance and 997 for Fire (Civil Defence). These work from any phone in the country, including mobiles without a SIM card.
Call 998 for an ambulance anywhere in RAK. For direct hospital lines, RAK Hospital is +971-7-207-4444 and Saqr Hospital is +971-7-222-6666.
Yes. For non-emergency police matters in Ras Al Khaimah, call +971-7-235-3535. For traffic accidents with no injuries, call 901. Reserve 999 for genuine emergencies only
Call RAK Gas on 800-72543 immediately. Leave the building before calling. Do not operate any electrical switches or appliances as a spark can ignite the gas.
Yes. The Ministry of Health Mental Health Line is 800-4673 and the Humana Crisis Support line is 800-46342. Both are free, confidential and available to anyone in the UAE
