The morning begins with a 30–45 minute Power Walk, a refreshing session that blends light exercise with conversation. More than just a walk, it’s an opportunity to connect with others, exchange ideas, and enjoy the beautiful weather while getting the body moving and the energy flowing. Whether participants come alone or with friends, the walk creates an easy, social atmosphere where connections happen naturally. 🌿✨

Following the walk, everyone is invited to slow down and continue the conversations over a shared breakfast session. This is a time to sit together, tell stories, and truly get to know one another in a warm, friendly environment.
