He has a rich history in business development and customer acquisition. He played a key role in securing some major project successes in the region working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and distribution partners. Some of these projects include Mafraq Hospital, Presidential Palace and Masdar Institute in Abu Dhabi, and Sheikh Zayed Housing Program and The Emirates Mall in Dubai.

Craig is a customer experience strategist, business transformation advisor, advisory board member and international keynote speaker.
