Manar Mall is the long-established central RAK destination with the deepest brand mix. Al Naeem Mall is the largest by floor area, on the Dafan harbour side. Al Naeem Centre is the Al Dhait-area sister venue. My City Centre Al Dhait is the small Carrefour-anchored neighbourhood mall. RAK Mall on Khuzam Road is the LuLu Hypermarket-anchored option with Sparky’s family entertainment. Al Hamra Mall serves the Al Hamra Village and Mina Al Arab catchment. The seven RAK malls
1. Manar Mall
The longest-established mall in central Ras Al Khaimah and still the deepest by tenant mix. Manar Mall sits on Al Muntasir Road in Al Nakheel on the RAK Corniche side, opened in September 2000 and expanded in 2016, with a waterfront promenade over the backwaters and mangroves. Owned and operated by Al Hamra Group. The mall covers around 40,000 square metres of GLA and hosts more than 120 stores, including a Carrefour hypermarket anchor, the international fashion brands (H&M, Marks & Spencer, Superdry, Giordano), beauty anchors (Sephora, The Body Shop, Lush) and jewellery (Damas, Pure Gold). Family entertainment is anchored by Tridom (the UAE’s largest covered play area, with the Sky Tower drop ride – tallest in the Middle East) and a six-screen Novo Cinemas.
Manar Mall Ras Al Khaimah
The deepest tenant mix and longest-established mall in central RAK. Waterfront promenade.

2. Al Naeem Mall
The largest mall in Ras Al Khaimah by floor area, sitting on Bin Daher Street in Dafan Al Nakheel on the harbour side of central RAK. Opened in 2009, Al Naeem Mall spans roughly 140,000 square metres across four floors with more than 100 retail outlets. The anchor mix is Carrefour Hypermarket alongside Max Fashion and Red Tag, plus a Cinemax multiplex and Jump Street kids activity centre. Hours run daily 10am to 10pm, extended to 11pm on weekends.
Al Naeem Mall Ras Al Khaimah
RAK’s largest mall by floor area. Four floors, 100+ outlets, Carrefour Hypermarket and Cinemax anchors.

3. Al Naeem Centre (Al Naeem City Center)
Despite the similar name, Al Naeem Centre is a separate property from Al Naeem Mall. The Centre sits in the northern part of Al Dhait, next to Emirates Club on Sheikh Rashid Bin Said Road. Smaller and more compact than the harbour-side Al Naeem Mall, the Centre runs ground plus one floor of retail with around 89 specialty stores covering electronics, mobiles, fashion, lifestyle, home furnishings, jewellery and health and beauty. Anchored by Carrefour. Useful for Al Dhait residents who would otherwise have to drive into central RAK.
Al Naeem Centre Ras Al Khaimah
Compact community mall in Al Dhait. Ground plus one floor, around 89 specialty stores, Carrefour anchor.

4. My City Centre Al Dhait
My City Centre Al Dhait is Majid Al Futtaim’s first neighbourhood mall in Ras Al Khaimah, sitting in the Al Dhait area with quick access from Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311). Smaller in footprint than the central malls at about 5,494 square metres of gross leasable area, but built for the day-to-day shop with around 30 brands anchored by a Carrefour Market. F&B includes McDonald’s, Blends & Brews, Gazebo (Indian) and Hatam (Iranian). The building is LEED Gold-rated, with solar-shaded parking.
My City Centre Al Dhait

5. RAK Mall
RAK Mall is the LuLu Group-anchored regional mall in central RAK, on Khuzam Road. Opened in 2012 and managed by Line Investments & Property LLC (a division of Lulu Group International), the mall covers around 40,551 square metres of GLA across three levels with more than 100 stores. The ground floor anchor is the emirate’s flagship LuLu Hypermarket at 200,000 square feet, the first floor anchors are LuLu Department Store, Matalan and Homes r us, and the second floor is the entertainment and food floor with Sparky’s Family Entertainment Centre as the main kids draw. Around 5 million visitors pass through each year.

6. Al Hamra Mall
The community mall serving Al Hamra Village, Mina Al Arab and the Beachfront cluster. Smaller than Manar Mall and Al Naeem Mall, but with everything you need for the weekly run plus a Vox Cinemas multiplex, restaurants and the iSTYLE Apple Premium Partner store. Al Hamra Mall is the natural choice for residents of the Al Hamra masterplan, with the parking, the convenience and the lower crowding that the central malls cannot match. RAK Medical Center is also based inside the mall, which makes a school-run plus errand combo easier.

7. Safari Mall
The newest entrant, opened at the end of 2024 on Sheikh Mohammed bin Salem Road. Safari Mall is anchored by one of the largest Safari Hypermarkets in the UAE, with the rest of the mall built around the grocery anchor: fashion, accessories, F&B and a few entertainment options. The big draw is the grocery scale and the value-driven catalogue typical of the Safari brand, plus the position on the main Dubai-to-RAK corridor.

Beyond the malls: where else to shop in RAK
For traditional shopping outside the mall environment, the Kuwaiti Souq in old RAK City covers gold, fabrics, abayas, kandoras, perfumes and household goods at bargain-friendly prices. The Friday Market on Masafi Road is the place for produce, dates, honey and local pottery. For supermarket-only runs without a mall trip, Carrefour, LuLu, Spinneys and Nesto all run standalone stores across the emirate.
