Ras Al Khaimah’s largest publicly-listed property developer has unveiled its latest residential project, Julphar Residence on Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. The 23-story building offers move-in ready homes to the city.
Julphar Residence has 266 apartments, including stylish studios, one and two-bedroom units, and a limited number of three-bedroom apartments.
Each apartment boasts ample natural light, a private balcony, and top-notch finishing. Residents have access to two swimming pools, a gym, and indoor and outdoor children’s play areas.
“The aim of Julphar Residence was to offer residents a prime location and apartments with amenities that fit their lifestyle, all in the heart of Abu Dhabi,” said Sameh Al Muhtadi, CEO of RAK Properties.
RAK Properties, the largest listed property developer in Ras Al Khaimah, was established in 2005 and has developed over 3,000 residential units, 35,000 square meters of office space, and 25,000 square meters of retail space.
