Petrol prices slashed for September 2019 in UAE
Effective September 1st 2019, UAE residents and motor owners can look forward to some relief as the government will reduce petrol prices.
This is a timely announcement as the weather is about to get better and the season for outdoor exploration and long city drives begins.
The UAE Fuel Price Committee on Thursday announced fuel prices for September 2019.
Super 98 petrol will now cost Dh2.28, down from Dh2.37 in August, while Special 95 will cost Dh2.16 a litre, down from Dh2.26 a litre.
E-Plus 91 petrol will cost Dh2.08 in September, down from Dh2.18 in August.
The price of diesel has been set at Dh2.38 a litre, a decrease from Dh2.42 a litre in August.
All prices are inclusive of 5 per cent VAT.
