What you can study

Music Zone’s curriculum runs both Western and Arabic musical traditions, deliberately built to serve the Emirati cultural heritage alongside the international expat catchment. Classes run for children from primary age through adults, with both group and one-to-one tracks.

  • Piano: kids and adult streams, beginner through grade exam prep
  • Guitar (classical, acoustic, electric): kids and adult streams
  • Drums and percussion: adult stream confirmed, kids available subject to enrolment
  • Singing and vocal: kids and adult streams, both classical and contemporary
  • Violin: available on request, ask about current intake
  • Arabic music: oud, Arabic vocal technique, classical Arabic repertoire
  • Music theory: from grade exam preparation through composition
  • Production and recording: studio sessions, mixing and mastering technique

The website carries a live “spaces left” counter so you can see at-a-glance which streams have current availability before you apply. Apply now CTAs link directly to the school’s contact form.

Recording studio hire

The two HD studios are bookable by external artists, voice-over talent, podcasters and corporate clients. This is the only commercial-grade option in Ras Al Khaimah without driving to Dubai. Each studio is acoustically treated to professional standard and supports both single-mic voice work and multi-track band recording. Rates and engineer availability vary, contact the studio directly to scope the session.

WOW-RAK Expert Tip: Book a trial lesson before committing to a term. Music Zone runs taster sessions on request, and the teacher-student fit matters more than the instrument choice or the price point. For school-age students, ask about the exam preparation track if you want the lessons to feed into ABRSM or Trinity grades. The curriculum can be aligned but only if you flag it at enrolment.
