Following a winning event held in 2021 attended by royalty, diplomats and other VIPs, Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort will again host the internationally renowned Chaine des Rotisseurs on Saturday, October 22, 2022, for a weekend of gourmet and lifestyle experiences.
The main event dinner will showcase the vitality of the Latin/Caribe region by rising star Chef Eliana Cortes paired with carefully selected wines from around the world by the resort’s certified sommelier Sreejith Sukumaran who is also a member of the prestigious Chaine.
