Miles & Smiles Morning Run

Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort invites fitness enthusiasts, community runners, and wellness seekers to an energizing morning experience with Miles & Smiles, a refreshing 5 km run taking place on April 18th across the scenic Al Hamra area. Designed for all levels, this easy morning route by the sea offers the perfect opportunity to move, reset, and start the day with positivity. 🌊✨

Participants will gather at 7:00 AM for check-in and meet-up, followed by the official run start at 7:30 AM. After completing the route, guests can enjoy a rejuvenating post-run workout from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM, designed to stretch, relax, and restore the body. 💪☀️

From 8:30 AM onward, runners are invited to indulge in a delicious breakfast at East, making it the ideal way to refuel and enjoy a well-rounded wellness morning. 🥐🏖️

The participation fee is AED 100, which includes breakfast at East, pool and beach access, plus 20% off food & beverage—making it a perfect day escape. For those seeking a full retreat, the Run & Stay package is available at AED 480 per night (excluding tourism fees), valid on 17 & 18 April 2026, including breakfast at East. 🌴🏨
