So, what exactly is Flavours of Ras Al Khaimah?

Think of it as a foodie trail across Ras Al Khaimah.

Instead of one festival in one location, five different restaurants have each created their own limited-time menu, available from Sunday to Thursday throughout the summer. Every venue offers something completely different, from elegant fine dining and Moroccan flavours to relaxed beachfront meals and heritage-inspired afternoon tea.

The idea is simple: discover somewhere new, enjoy a great meal, and experience a different side of Ras Al Khaimah’s growing dining scene.

One ingredient connects them all

One of the most interesting parts of the campaign is that every participating chef has incorporated Ras Al Khaimah Honey into their menu.

Each restaurant interprets it differently, pairing the locally produced honey with everything from seafood and premium meats to desserts and regional ingredients. It’s a subtle way to showcase one of the emirate’s homegrown products while giving each menu its own personality.

Collect stamps, complete the passport and you could win

Food always tastes better with a little challenge attached.

Guests who dine at all five participating restaurants can collect a stamp at each venue in their Flavours of Ras Al Khaimah Dining Passport. Once you’ve filled the passport, simply take a photo and email it to marketing@marjan.ae before 30 September to be entered into a prize draw.

It’s a fun excuse to turn your summer dinners into a mini culinary adventure.

WOW-RAK Expert Tip: Don’t try to squeeze all five restaurants into one week. Spread them throughout the summer and make each visit a different experience. Pair a desert dinner at The Ritz-Carlton with sunset drinks, enjoy afternoon tea at Rixos on a weekend staycation, or combine a beach day on Al Marjan Island with dinner at Rove or Mövenpick.

Maybe you’ve been meaning to visit that desert restaurant everyone talks about. Perhaps you’ve never tried Moroccan cuisine, or you’ve been looking for an excuse to enjoy afternoon tea with friends. This is a great opportunity to tick several places off your list while experiencing the variety that Ras Al Khaimah’s restaurant scene now offers.
