SALT began as a steel food truck on the Al Marjan Island corniche and never really left. The burgers are the whole point, American-style, properly griddled, eaten with the grass underfoot and the water in view. No alcohol, family-friendly, a kids play area close by. Come for golden hour, stay past dark, the truck runs late.
