Al Naeem Mall has had a proper refresh and it shows. Sitting on the creek a short hop from Manar, it leans calmer and less crowded, which is exactly why some people prefer it. The revamp brought in new fashion and lifestyle brands, an Everyday hypermarket, cafes like Envy and a cinema in the works. The sea-facing side is the nicest part, with views out over the water that you do not usually associate with a mall. It is a good shout for an unhurried browse, a coffee and an easy family afternoon without the weekend rush.
