Ras Al Khaimah drivers no longer have to head to Dubai or Sharjah to sit inside a Chery. The fast-growing brand, distributed in the UAE by AW Rostamani, has opened a new showroom on Al Bahar Street in Dahan, and it marked the launch by pulling the covers off HIMAVA, its first ever pickup. The showroom was inaugurated on 30 June 2026 in the presence of H.E. Mohamed Ali Abdulla Musabbeh Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, along with local government officials and Chery UAE executives.

What Ras Al Khaimah buyers can see on the floor
This is not a HIMAVA-only showroom. The RAK branch carries the wider Chery range, so you can compare a city sedan against a seven-seat family SUV in one visit. Sedans start from AED 54,000, while the petrol and hybrid SUVs start from AED 63,500. The line-up on display includes:

HIMAVA, Chery’s first pickup, makes its RAK debut
The headline act is HIMAVA, Chery’s first move into the pickup segment. It went on show at the RAK opening with prices starting from AED 59,900 for the four-wheel-drive version, excluding VAT. That puts it right in the middle of a segment that RAK buyers know well, from farm and site work out near the mountains to weekend trips to Jebel Jais, so it is a genuine local option rather than a curiosity.
WOW-RAK Expert Tip: Sales are handled at the new RAK showroom, but for now servicing and spare parts are managed through Chery’s Northern Emirates network. Chery UAE has told us a dedicated service centre in Ras Al Khaimah is on the way, so if aftersales convenience is your deciding factor, it is worth asking the team for the latest timeline before you sign.

Why Chery chose Ras Al Khaimah now
The timing is not an accident. Ras Al Khaimah is in the middle of one of its busiest growth phases in years, and car brands tend to follow the cranes. The RAK branch joins Chery’s existing showrooms in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and the brand says a Fujairah branch is next.

Beyond the Fujairah branch, Chery plans to bring its Super Intelligent Parking technology to the UAE, with features such as autonomous parking, smart parking-space searches and one-touch vehicle summoning. On launch offers, there is nothing running at the RAK showroom just yet, but the team has confirmed a promotion is lined up for the summer.
