This unique event combines the daring art of paragliding with demanding hiking challenges. The top 25 Hike and Fly athletes from around the world will push their physical limits and technical skills to the max, showcasing their exceptional talents.
All competitors have previously conquered the grueling 1,200km RedBull X-Alps challenge, a relentless endurance race that requires participants to hike and fly across the Alps in just 10 days without a break.
The UAE Hike and Fly Championship will challenge athletes across diverse terrains, including Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai, Sharjah, and Al Ain. The Ras Al Khaimah leg of the championship will take place on Jebel Jais, the UAE’s highest mountain, promising both pilots and spectators breathtaking views of the Hajar Mountains and an awe-inspiring spectacle.
