  • Kiosk fee starts at AED 1500 for one month.
  • Weekend Market (Oct 28 – Nov 29): AED 2500 + 500 for a temporary kiosk permit.
  • Holiday Market (Nov 30 – Jan 6): AED 3500 + 500 for a temporary kiosk permit.
  • 3-month discounted rent (Oct 28 – Jan 31): AED 7500 + 1500 for a temporary kiosk permit.

• Kalba Waterfront Mall (Oct 31 – Nov 30):

  • AED 4500 for food vendors
  • AED 3000 for retail vendors

• Maryam Island (Oct 31 – Nov 30):

  • AED 6000 for food vendors
  • AED 3000 for retail vendors
