Al Naeem City Center is the neighbourhood mall for the Al Dhait side of RAK, and it does that job well. A Carrefour anchors the everyday shopping, backed by a tidy mix of fashion, a pharmacy, a telecom shop and a food court with the usual KFC and McDonald’s. The real draw for families is the large kids play area, which runs discounts on Mondays. It is clean, modern, well-parked and refreshingly uncrowded. You will not find luxury brands here, but for reasonably priced essentials and an easy family outing close to home, it is exactly right.
